After a fun show last night at Hamline University it's nice to have a day off to catch up on sleep.  It's 6:13 PM and I haven't left the hotel room, yet.  I need to work out.  I've been doing the P90X workout and today is a yoga day.  I highly recommend P90X.  Yoga is great but it's a long workout so I have a hard time getting myself motivated.  You would think that yoga would be relaxing and easy, but not the P90X yoga.  I'm usually dripping in sweat after 15 minutes and it's a 90 minute routine.  Brandon called to see if I wanted to go out for beers but I'm not really up for it.  I know we'd end up drinking too much and I'm trying to keep from catching a cold.
